When you visit the website
Our hosting provider, Vercel, processes technical request information needed to deliver and protect the website. This can include your IP address, browser and device information, the page requested, the time of the request, and security or diagnostic information.
When you contact us
The forms on this website prepare an email draft on your device. They do not upload the form contents to a Sea Grapes website database. If you choose to send the email, we receive the information you include, such as your name, email address, vessel, dates, requested service and message.
Please do not include passport copies, medical information, payment details or other sensitive documents in an initial website enquiry. We will provide an appropriate private channel when those records are genuinely required for a service.
Why we use information
We use information only where it is reasonably needed to:

- coordinate with the vessel, authorities and service providers;
- operate, secure and troubleshoot the website;
- maintain necessary business and transaction records; and

Records that are no longer needed are deleted or securely restricted.
